MB Housing Management Limited is a residential property management agency based in South-East London. We currently support housing co-operatives in London and Kent.

Our staff are highly experienced with a strong focus on the co-operative housing sector.

We deliver bespoke management services to suit individual housing co-operatives.  We know that no two housing co-operatives are the same and we have created a management agreement that is flexible, enabling our clients to manage as much or as little of the functions themselves.

MB Housing is a partner of the Confederation of Co-operative Housing, the UK umbrella body for housing co-operatives.

Melanie MartinDirector
Melanie Martin started her career as a bookkeeper before joining Lewisham Council in 2009. She has a wealth of housing management experience gained from numerous front-line roles to senior management positions, and has worked with housing co-operatives since 2013. Melanie co-founded mbm co-operative services in 2014 before setting up MB Housing in 2020.
