Complaints – how does the Co-op respond?
The Co-op knows that there will be times when they get things wrong, or you may not be happy with a service you have been provided with. If this happens, please follow the complaints policy below.
The Co-op is a member of the Housing Ombudsman Service, and they reviewed their complaints policy in March 2024 as part of the revised Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code.
If you make a complaint, the Co-op will take a pro-active approach to addressing and resolving it. At the end of the complaint, they will undertake a ‘lessons learnt’ exercise to understand what they could have done better and improve their services.
